jsp之间传参数接受中文有乱码问题解决方法

tomcat 的配置文件 server.xml里面找到:

 
<Connector port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1" 
maxThreads="150" connectionTimeout="20000" 
redirectPort="8443" URIEncoding="UTF-8"/> 

看看有没有 URIEncoding="UTF-8"，没有的话加上试试
